Payment & Delivery
Payment for your order and delivery is made together and in advance — this is a requirement of our logistics partner.
Once you select your jewelry and place an order on our website — including your country and city — we will contact you via email to:
- confirm the availability of the items,
- clarify the shipping cost (which depends on the destination country),
- provide the final total amount including delivery.
We will then send you a secure payment link. You can pay using any bank card. Your payment data will not be stored.
Orders are shipped once a week via our trusted partner Nova Poshta Global — an international delivery service that covers over 240 countries and territories worldwide. After shipping, we will send you:
- a tracking number,
- a link to track your parcel.
Please note: any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by your local authorities must be paid separately by you — either directly to the carrier or at customs clearance.
