This document constitutes a legally binding public offer made by LLC “BIGME,” a company registered in Ukraine, to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”) who visits or places an order through the website https://www.bigme.com.ua/. By accessing the website, browsing products, or placing an order, the Buyer confirms full acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this public offer. This agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment the Buyer completes an order and confirms it through the website interface, without the necessity of signing a paper document.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the product selected by the Buyer on the website, and the Buyer agrees to pay the price specified at the time of ordering and to accept the product under the terms described herein. All prices listed on the website are in Euros (EUR) and reflect the retail price of the goods as sold by the Seller. These prices do not include any applicable import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for the payment of such additional costs, if incurred.
Payment is accepted through electronic means such as credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other systems available on the site. Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment.
Upon placing an order, the Buyer provides accurate and complete information necessary for delivery and communication, including full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. Once the order is submitted and payment is confirmed, the Seller sends an email confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or force majeure.
Products are shipped from Ukraine using national or international postal and courier services. Delivery times and prices are estimated at checkout and depend on the destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or third-party logistics providers. The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company.
Because all BIGME products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or form are not considered defects. The Buyer acknowledges that product images on the site may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting. Returns or exchanges are only possible in cases of manufacturing defects, and only after direct communication with the Seller within the timeframe specified in the return policy published on the website. Products that were custom-made, personalized, or worn cannot be returned unless defective.
The Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy of the Seller and agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of order fulfillment, communication, and legal compliance. BIGME does not sell or transfer customer data to unauthorized third parties, and all data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other relevant legislation.
Although BIGME is located outside the European Union and does not currently have an appointed representative within the EU, the company respects the rights of European consumers and complies voluntarily with the core principles of GDPR. This public offer remains in effect indefinitely unless revoked or updated by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to amend the content of this agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be published on the website and shall take effect upon publication. Continued use of the website and placement of orders shall signify the Buyer’s acceptance of any such updates.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a mutual resolution, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by the applicable consumer protection laws of the Buyer’s country of residence.
If the Buyer does not agree with the terms and conditions set out in this public offer, they must refrain from using the website and placing orders.
